Terms of Use

These terms apply to the TurnixDebt mobile app and the website turnixdebt.in, provided by MoilStack Tech LLP ("we", "us"). By installing or using TurnixDebt you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who can use TurnixDebt

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under it.

2. What TurnixDebt is (and is not)

TurnixDebt is a tool to track loans and estimate EMIs, interest, savings and payoff plans. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown in the app. Actual figures depend on your lender's terms and may differ.

TurnixDebt does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice and is not a lender, bank or loan broker. Please confirm important decisions, such as foreclosing a loan or switching lenders, with your lender or a qualified adviser.

3. Plans and payments

• Core features are free. Smart is a one-time paid upgrade (currently ₹499, shown in the app before you buy). Pro is planned as a paid subscription (currently shown in the app as ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year, which may change before launch) and is not yet available.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
• Prices and what each plan includes can change in future. A change will not remove a feature you have already paid for.
• Refer & Earn rewards are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn. We may refuse rewards if we find misuse, such as fake accounts.

4. Sponsored offers and third-party links

The app may show sponsored offers from banks and lenders, clearly labelled. We do not guarantee any offer, rate or approval. Dealings with a lender are between you and that lender, under its terms.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. You allow us to store and process it to run the app as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, or access other users' data.
• Do not create fake accounts or abuse referrals.
• Do not upload documents you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text and code belong to MoilStack Tech LLP. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy or resell it.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep TurnixDebt running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the app's estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, if any. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using TurnixDebt and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
