Delete your TurnixDebt account

You can delete your account and data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open TurnixDebt and go to Settings (tap your name in the sidebar).
2. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm by signing in again with Google when asked.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer open the app, email support@moilstack.com from the email address linked to your Google account, with the subject "Delete my TurnixDebt account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication user)
• Your profile, referral details, reminders, notifications and any cloud-synced loans, payments and assets stored in our database
• Your notification (push) token
• Data saved on your phone, which is cleared by the app

What we may keep

• Purchase and billing records, which we must retain under Indian tax and accounting law. These are held by Google Play and our payments provider, not in your profile.
• Anonymous, aggregated counts that cannot identify you.

Only want to remove some data?

You can delete individual loans and assets inside the app, or export a backup first from Settings → Data. To delete only part of your cloud data without closing your account, email us at support@moilstack.com.
