Refund Policy

TurnixDebt is free to use. Paid features (such as the one-time Smart plan, ₹499) are bought through Google Play, so Google Play's refund rules apply.

How to request a refund

Request it through Google Play (Account → Order history → Report a problem), or at Google Play's refund help page.
If you run into trouble, email us at support@moilstack.com with your order ID and we will help.

Good to know

Smart is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription, so nothing renews.
Smart unlocked through Refer & Earn or a free trial has no charge to refund.
We can only reverse purchases we can match to a Google Play order.
